This is a white linen cloth that acts as a protective covering over the top of the Holy Table to catch wax. It is finished with small crochet trim around the entire perimeter and is a much more elegant solution to putting plastic on a Holy Table. Made from 100% linen and finished with 100% linen machine made crochet trim.
(Not to be confused with the "ileton", which is an antiminsion cover).
